Oooh Vegan Tickles has just made the Old fashioned Lentil Loaf, Mashed Potatoes and Brocoli with Garlic Butter and Cashews from this book and it was enough to get me excited!I\’m on the look out for a new cook book but it\’s a bit daunting as to which one to go for because there are SO many of them!YAY! for vegan cook books taking over the world!
